@Daroru: It's a work by the Belgian artist Ugo Dehaes. Inside is a wooden man who is divided in 20 parts. The man starts to 'dance' when a visitor passes by. Very nice to see. Here you can find more about the work.
Is that Aquaman in a "fish-tank" and so he's out of the water (lake) in the background?

Hey there! Sorry I'm so late in commenting on the last of the water series - I seem to have gotten caught up in the cosmic order of events. Anyway, this is really fantastic! I love the idea of Aquaman on display like this. So pretty and yet so strange.
